Kicking Butt!

Kicking BUTT! You know what smoking does to you, and you how much money you incinerated over the years! It is well known that every cigarette you smoke shortens your life by minutes, hours or even days (not to mention, reducing your quality of life). These messages have been around a while, and like most people, you have probably tried to give it up several times already.

You know that smoking is not good for you, yet the addiction has a tight grasp on you. And when you tried to give it up, sooner or later, out came the packet and a lighter. Nothing seemed to work.

Well, this primer is here to offer hope. Please take from the information only that which you are comfortable with. This program is absolutely unique - it does not involve drugs, counselling, religion, patches or hypnosis in any form, having evolved over fifteen+ years.

Here is how I can help you release your cigarette addiction. Mind you, this same information covers all forms of substance addictions e.g. coffee, gambling, marijuana, chocolate etc.

First step is to make a firm commitment to stop - not just a promise or a 'perhaps'. It has to be a 100% do-whatever-it-takes resolve to quit, once and for all. Half hearted efforts tend to produce half hearted results. With that commitment in place, the rest is easy.

Second step is to have a ZennaE* session to release most (if not all) of the anxieties and insecurities surrounding the addiction. Once they are out of the way, the energy form that is the true source of the addiction is worked on and released. That aspect only takes a few minutes. At this stage the addiction is gone - no withdrawal, no cold turkey. It's as if you've never smoked.

The third step is to re-program the 'habit'. This is something only you can do. I teach you how to do that using an easy, effective method. It can take up to 30 days to completely re-program the habit. At this stage also, you may choose to leave the program. Or, you can start to heal the physical body (step 4).

The fourth and final step (optional) is to have some Zenna Healing to restore health back into the body. A single session of about one hour duration is required. The Zenna Healing process works on rebuilding the entire spine, plus fixing the damage to the lungs etc. Then a special part of the process neutralises all toxicity in the body, not just that associated with smoking.

Following the final session, your body will be rejuvenated to the absolute maximum possible. All traces of the smoking will be gone. However, further emotional release work and / or healing may be required over a period of time.

Smoking addiction factors


Contrary to popular belief, the properties we normally associate with 'smoking' i.e. nicotine addiction, lung dis-ease etc, are merely the physical manifestations of an issue originating at Soul level. In very broad terms, smoking is about the need for Self-Empowerment. Feelings, such as: ANGER, SADNESS and ANXIETIES drive the addiction. Childhood anxieties and insecurities will probably dominate, though all three groups will be strongly represented. Originally, those same feelings somehow created an 'energy form', usually grey in colour, with a texture akin to concrete. This energy was then stored within your 'subtle anatomy' (aura) - it is the true culprit. As long as it remains in your system, quitting smoking (and staying clear) will be extremely difficult. It will remain with you until you actively release it - or you die (whichever comes first). Note that normal methods of quitting do not release this insidious energy form!


To understand the deeper purpose behind the addiction, the best place to start is to list the NEGATIVE aspects of this habit:

As some people will quickly point out, smoking can have positive qualities:

But those qualities are illusions. By being comfortable in your own power you do not need the 'approval' of others. And if you release most of the stress (anger, sadness and anxieties) in your life, you do not need 'calming down' - calmness happens automatically. Therefore, quitting is not just about stopping the addiction and associated habit aspects, but has everything to do with being comfortable with who you are, and powerful in your own right (i.e. assertive).

Genesis of the addiction

There are two main reasons why people start the cigarette habit:

1) Family members already smoke. When parents and / or siblings puff away, it somehow seems normal to follow suit.
2) Peer pressure. When friends smoke, the need to fit in socially and be accepted by them means also joining in on their habits.


What I have found over the years is that most smokers started somewhere between the ages of eleven and eighteen. A bell shaped distribution curve places the early teenage years (13 & 14 years) as being the greatest risk period. It is no coincidence that this is also the period when parental influence takes second place to peer influence / pressure.

So why is it that the sheer taste of inhaling that first cigarette is not a sufficient enough deterrent? Why is it that people continue to ignore all the messages about the dangers? Why is it that certain groups in society are more susceptible than others? I do not claim to have any answers, because if you used logic and common sense, smoking would simply not exist. There has to be a deeper meaning behind the addiction that transcends logic. And that is what I am going to suggest next.

At a spiritual level (note: nothing to do with religion) within you are instructions pre set before you were born. Instructions that centre around your life's purpose. Suppose one of those objectives was to learn how to be Self empowered - to be master of your own destiny, and be comfortable in doing so. Consider it a 'lesson'.

Perhaps the lesson of cigarette smoking is to teach you how to be stronger than it. While you smoke, it has power over you - you remain a victim of that energy. Once you release the energy that is the addiction, it can never hold you to ransom again (unless you let it). By the way, with Smokebusters, the spiritual lessons associated with smoking usually become crystal clear (but only after the release).

When people quit by any other method, the grey energy form has not been released. There is a risk of starting up again. AND it still blocks your ability to smell and taste effectively.

The 'Message behind the message' Principle

What do the following conditions have in common?

PHYSICAL - Asthma manifests as a tightness in the chest, plus an inability to take in air. Life threatening in severe cases.
EMOTIONAL - Low Self Esteem manifests as a low level of Self worth and a feeling of not good enough. Depression and sadness dominate.
MENTAL: - Cigarette smoking manifests as an addictive habit. The need to smoke is automatic, triggering many anxieties when not fulfilled.
SPIRITUAL - Cancer manifests as a growth which tends to kill its owner. Deeper meaning in life through Soul searching.

These are four distinctly different patterns in our lives - just four examples out of many possibilities. I have shown them in connection with the level they best relate to.

What they all share is a notion that some things in life are beyond our control. As such, we have little choice but to accept the condition and put up with it as best we can. So we control asthma with drugs. We accept that 'well, that's who I am'. We make a pledge to someday give up smoking, and we either fight the cancer or succumb.

Beneath all these conditions is a fundamental need to be Self-Empowered i.e. to accept that we can change ourselves. Nothing is so fixed or so inflexible that we cannot change any part of our lives. The challenge is to accept the Great Gift of the condition and choose to turn it around. HINT: what we seek is the exact opposite of what we currently have.

By taking charge of our own lives we are reliant less and less on external controls or props. Someone who masters a serious condition becomes stronger for the experience. They are then able to handle other serious conditions that may also be present. It is a linear law - the more you conquer your fears, the stronger you become. Therefore, behind every perceived problem or situation, are deeper purposes that drive the process. The secret to success lies in the ability to see the hidden aspects to the problem and dealing with them at the appropriate level.
