What is it?
First of all, let me tell you what it is NOT. The School of Self Development is not some high powered business employing hundreds of people and offering every imaginable course under the sun at great expense and colourful, glossy manuals. Sorry to disappoint you if that is what you were expecting.
Nor will you find courses and processes that are considered 'mainstream', even by 'new age' standards. In fact, you won't find much here that others are aready working with. Everything presented here is new and totally unique!
WHAT YOU WILL FIND are ideas and techniques that are fresh and at the leading edge of personal growth. Zenna Healing, for instance, is so new that you probably haven't even heard of it. And because the School is not tied to any existing structure, it has been allowed to develop and grow in entirely new directions.
In early 2004 the School was born. Initially, it was just a business name and in my name only. I expect that within a few years it will be a big organisation, with all the courses and structure of a large School. If you would like to be part of this growth, now is the time to come on board. I also see it taking off in the United States and the UK in a big way.
Over the past few years I have been working steadily with the more serious diseases, namely, cancer, hepatitis, diabetes and the like. The techniques I use are good old fashioned ZennaE*, Zenna Healing and ZennaA. When they are combined to work on any health problem, the outcomes are usually spectacular. The recent addition of Transcension has taken healing to a whole new level - of ease AND speed! I am absolutely convinced that we have here some of the most advanced tools on the planet!
The future, as I see it is exciting. Personal growth / self development / healing is such a booming industry, and the techniques on offer here are world class. They are ready NOW.
The School is based on providing:
- a range of quality healing and transformational techniques directly to clients
- information related to the above
- products and programs to inspire and assist with personal development
In other words, one-on-one sessions, information in the form of books and training programs, and products to support these processes.
There are a number of workshops on offer:
- Discovery Workshop. A single day workshop exploring ourselves through our natural energies. Includes a Group ZennaE* session and basic Spiritual Surgery training. Optional certificate.
- 3rd Eye Development. A four part workshop aimed at opening up your clairvoyant abilities. Includes a Group ZennaE* session
- Group ZennaE* session. Takes about three hours and is an ideal way to experience the ZennaE* process at reasonable cost.
- Inner Child Workshop. Discover the child within and learn how to use this tool effectively in your personal growth. Takes three hours.
- Chakra measurement and assessment workshop. Learn how to read the 12 major chakra points, and interpret the results. Takes three hours.
- Basic Spiritual Surgery. Casual training at a domestic level. Intended just for one's own use or family needs. Takes about two hours.
- Zenna Healing Level one. A single day workshop to learn this technique at a professional level. Certificate.
- Zenna Advanced Practitioner Level two. Only available by correspondence. Aimed at people who want to teach the Level one workshop. Certificate. Currently on hold - to be revised.
- ZennaE* Training Program Level three. A four day (+ 3 evenings) training program in emotional release. Cannot be done by correspondence. Certificate. Currently on hold - to be revised.
- Zenna Master Level four. 6 days and 7 evenings of advanced training. Currently the most advanced training I provide.
- Zenna Trainer Level five. Graduates can teach and work with all workshops and levels up to Level three inclusive.
- Zenna Leader Level six. Only one Leader per country. Can teach and work with all the above workshops and Levels. NOTE: This level is purely academic. It may never eventuate.
In addition to providing quality workshops, the School can also help people on an individual basis. I offer these services:
TRANSCENSION. The ability to reach "ascension" by anyone is now available. Currently in four stages, another five are on their way.
ZENNA HEALING. ANY physical health concern can be effectively treated. Bear in mind I am not medically trained and do not pretend to be anything other than a channel for healing energies directed from Spirit.
ZennaE* emotional release. ANY emotional issue can be released. ZennaE* is especially good at releasing anger, grief, anxieties, addictions and sexual abuse.
ZennaA chakra measurement and assessment. The bridge between Zenna Healing and ZennaE*, it identifies where and why problems exist.
SMOKEBUSTERS. All it takes is less than three hours to be completely smoke-free. Using Transcension, Zenna Healing and ZennaE*, it is possible! Or, if that is too long, we can do it in two hours (less the Zenna Healing).
CANCER. If you have cancer, then it is possible to completely release it in just a few hours. In fact, it is no more difficult than having clients quit the ciggies.
CLAIRVOYANCE. Psychic insights into current concerns. Combined with chakra measurement, it is possible to gain valuable insights that go way beyond normal clairvoyant readings, in just one hour. Especially good at addressing health, financial and relationship concerns.
The Path from Soul to Pain. A 71,000 word book representing almost the sum total of over thirty five years of my own personal growth work. Practical insights into the human condition.
Bon-Bons. A 120 page book filled with quotations, inspirational texts and ideas.

At present there is just one person - myself - Brian Cattermole. However, there are others who have a (as yet) loose association with the school. They are scattered around New Zealand and Australia. A few are in other parts of the world.
