The information contained on this web site is fully protected by international copyright. Yet, there is little I can do to stop you from marketing it yourself, with all the money going into your pocket and not mine. Nor can I easily protect myself from wholesale ripoffs as the various processes are stolen and made into a cash cow by unscrupulous businesses.
All I am asking of you is to respect my work. I don't mind if you teach your friends. I don't mind if you take them through the various exercises. However, if you are to receive any payment as a result of this action, I would also expect to be paid (amount is by negotiation). And if anyone wants additional information from me, then I would certainly expect to be paid.
The only people who may use the Zenna name and logo are those enroled in the official training programs or holding a certificate signed by myself. Everyone else has to use the Spiritual Surgery name and logo. ZennaE* and the Smokebusters process are also protected by licence.
Transcension is another matter. The process is deliberately kept separate from Zenna. I give you permission to use the Transcension material found on this website - with just one proviso: that you ALWAYS include reference back to me as the Founder. I would expect you to list my name, country, website URL and a public statement that I am the Founder.
