TRANSCENSION
Making it work
For quite a while I seriously considered restricting details of the all-important third stage. After seen over 100 people through and watching some of them facilitate the process in their own right, I am now willing to share my knowledge.
First Stage
All you need are two people - any two people prepared to go through together. The pre-requisite is that at least 8 of the 12 chakra centres are open at the time of Transcension, and that the fear based energy is less than 46dBA. Hey, at that level, people die of cancer! Provided the first requirement is met, the second should be OK. The third requirement is that there be absolutely ZERO levels of cancer energy present. Set up a healing table and have the person (a.k.a. the "client") lie comfortably on their back. They don't have to do anything for this stage. Therefore, if they want to sleep, or read a book, or talk, or whatever, they are free to do so. Once settled and now relaxed, the "Practitioner" places both hands on the client's body as shown below. The hands are then kept still for the duration of Stage one (30 - 35minutes)
In much the same way as Zenna Healing is
done, when both parties are ready, invite Josephine in. Make
a mental note of the starting time. Stage one takes no less than
30 minutes, and no more than 40. Some part of you will know when
the first Stage is completed. And if you didn't pick up on the
cue, it is certainly over at 40 minutes. As a bonus, you can
start and stop the process at any time. No harm will come to
you should you finish prematurely - other than Spirit not doing
Stage two or three until it is completed. Practitioner energies
raise the client's own energies enough for the process to work.
ANYONE can facilitate Stage one.
It is possible to just do Stage one and be satisfied. After all,
it does complete the clearing of ALL Karma and the total release
of fear based emotion. But there is another consideration of
utmost importance to bear in mind. Suppose someone meets the
entry requirements but has cancer energy in their aura. Spirit
will not work while that energy is present. Cigarette energy
is fine, provided the person has already ceased smoking. This
is still a grey area that I am trying to understand better.
At the end of Stage one, the client may or may not feel much difference. Those who had very little to clear out will experience an equal amount of "very little". No two people will have an identical experience.

Second Stage
Client lays on the table exactly the same as before. It is not critical if this Stage is done immediately after the first. No time limits exist between stages, provided no new fear energy is created. As with Stage one, the Practitioner sides beside the client and places their hands alongside the client's arms. Because mega doses of energy are going through the chakras, the Practitioner needs to be well clear of the Chakras. To facilitate Stage two, it is important that the Practitioner be through Stage one themselves. A takes B through Stage one. B then takes A through Stage one. B then takes A through Stage two. Then A takes B through Stage two. Make sense? In other words, two people working together towards a common goal.
Another possibility is for the Practitioner to have completed the full Transcension and now facilitating the three stages in their own right with clients - be they paying ones or friends.
Stage two also takes between thirty and forty minutes. It can also be interrupted or stopped. If interrupted, Spirit will happily wait until invited to continue. NO HARM is done should either of these stages are interrupted. Stage three is a little different, and must be strictly adhered to.
Third Stage
This is the critical one to get absolutely right. It can be done alone - no Practitioner is actually required. After all, I was alone when Spirit took me through my Rite of Passage. All you need do is follow these instructions precisely:

Before commencing the Rite, locate a clear space where you have little likelihood of being interrupted. A good space is on a deserted beach or in a paddock. Even your own back yard may be adequate. Keep all animals and people at least three metres away. This "no-go" zone is important. Even Spirit keep well clear.
1) Stand on one spot. Raise your arms upward and bring the fingers to a single point (left photo). This connects the spiritual part of you to the Spirit energies (God, the universe etc). Now feel your connectedness through your feet to Mother Earth. Centre yourself so that a conduit of energy passes from deep within the core of the Planet, through your feet and up the body. It passes out through the fingertips to the universe. This attunement takes just a few seconds. Shoes, jewellery and clothing make no difference, other than to be comfortable. The main thing is to feel connected to the Spirit part of you, while still connecting to the physical. Given that all the chakras are now wide open, this is not difficult. What you are working with is called "the Antakarana Bridge"
2) Slowly and smoothly bring your hands down (still joined) in front of you until they are horizontal (middle photo). Make sure the arms are straight as you bring them down. Remember that this is a sacred ceremony and needs to be treated with reverence and respect. This aspect sets the intention.
3) Once in position straight out in front of you, again, slowly and smoothly fan them out as per the right photo. Hold at this position and speak clearly and strongly the following mantra: "Huyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyah!" Emphasis is placed on the first "H" and last "y" sounds. As near as I can tell, this chant is three separate stages rolled into one continuous sound. "Huye" in Arabic means "Go for it". "Yah" sounds like the European word "ja", meaning "yes". The "e" sounds in the middle acts like a zipper - to quote a couple of people able to see the energies. Therefore, it means something like this: "Go for it! <Pause> Yes!" Spirit has a great sense of humour. Place a strong emphasis on the "H" at the start and the same for the "Y" at the end. And as you can see, there are 18 e's in there. You need to enunciate the whole chant as one continuous sound. Then repeat it twice more, allowing a couple of seconds between chants. On the dying note of the third chant, your auric field turns to fire with violet flame energy. Note that nothing is visible, nor felt at this time. Note also that no person or animals should be inside a 3 metre radius at this time. If they do venture in, they will be "cooked". Since writing these original notes, I am aware of another understanding of the mantra. "HYEH" is a sacred sound meaning: "I AM". "YA" in Islam means: "GOD". Therefore, the chant is all about: "I AM GOD". The "e" sound in the middle works like a zipper. Zipping open and closed on the chakras. It takes time to zip properly, hence the LONG period involved. Say it too quickly and it won't work!

4) Place your left hand on the 3rd eye front chakra and the right
hand on the rear aspect (see photo). Hold them there for 15 -
20 seconds. You do nothing else at this time, other than keeping
hands on the chakras. Incidentally, this is the "key"
phase kicking in. Then move both hands to the Throat chakra (front
and rear) and hold for another 15 - 20 seconds. Repeat for the
Heart, Solar Plexus, and Sacral chakras. If you do not know where
these positions are, the diagram shows their exact location.
5) Another comment to make before you rush out and do it! The
front chakra positions are FEELING centres and the rear ones
are MENTAL ones. Your left hand is connected to the right brain
(feelings). Similarly, the right hand connects to the left brain
(mental). To make the third stage work, the LEFT hand MUST be
on the FRONT facing chakra centres (6F - 2F)
6) Finally, after the Sacral key has been completed, place the
left hand on the Crown chakra and the right hand on the Kundalini
(base of spine). Hold for 30 - 40 seconds. Forget about any embarrassment
placing hands on "private parts".
7) With your hands once again outstretched to your sides, reverse
the order as you swing them out in front, and then up. Hold.
8) Once again, repeat three times the chant, just as you did
the first time. On the dying note of the third chant, the violet
flame is infused into your auric field. The Transcension process
is now complete. If you were aware of the time, somewhere between
five and ten minutes has passed. Congratulations. You are now
Transcended!
The Healing Crisis
Without putting a dampener on your enthusiasm
I need to point out a possible "side effect". For a
small number of people, any form of emotional release can bring
on the Healing Crisis. It always kicks in within 24 hours of
the release and shows up as a purely physical discomfort. Examples
include: diarrhoea, nausea, sweating, vomiting, migraines or
some other physical sensation.
If you are one of the one-in-six or one-in-seven who experience
it, just hang in there. Your body is going through a severe "de-tox".
On that basis, it is actually a positive experience - even though
it may seem like hell to go through.
All you need do is drink lots of water and plenty of rest. A
Healing crisis will resolve itself automatically after a day
or two. In extreme cases, it may last up to a week. Be glad you
have gone through it, because once it is over your body will
feel a whole lot better.
In case you are wondering what this has to with Transcension,
consider that emotional issues (anger etc) hold these toxins
in the body. Release the emotional issues and then body then
goes directly into a "healing mode" as it purges out
the toxicity, hence the link with healing.
My fees and other useful information
If you want me to take you through Transcension, my fee is a
flat rate of $200.00. It takes about 90 minutes to do all three
stages and is done only once. Should you not meet the "entry"
requirements, I also provide a one-on-one ZennaE* service to
release enough fear based energy and open the chakras so that
the Transcension process can commence. That only takes 30 - 45
minutes (in addition to the Transcension itself). It costs nothing
to check with me whether your system is ready or not.

or in any way, "different". You are still the same
person you have always been, but a lot happier. I say: GO FOR

Some final, final comments
You have to be very careful how you live your life, once Transcended.
After all, this is a spiritual purification process like no other.
But if you continue old, inappropriate patterns of behaviour
(notably anger), then you could be seriously endangering other
people or animals. Lashing out angrily at someone might have
been OK in the past, but that anger is now amplified 40 - 200
times stronger. In extreme cases, it can kill! Should you lash
out this way, Spirit will quickly turn the "key" off.
You stand to lose everything you have gained. Transcension might
not be granted a second time. That is the price you pay for not
living Spiritual Law. It has happened. Beware!!
